Campers of all ages can take part in a number of different fitness classes including: aerobics, step, exercise balls, strength and conditioning, pilates, yoga, boxing skills, martial arts, and much more.  Our various fitness classes not only keep our campers active but develop core strength and balance, hand eye coordination, peace of mind and awareness of their bodies. The combination of classes offered at Tamakwa provide a great challenge for both boys and girls, young and old.

Giving campers another opportunity to be active and making them aware of how they can properly take care of themselves physically is important more now than ever before.
